Small Intestine Smoothie

1” Ginger

½ cup Papaya

2 Carrots

1 tbsp Cinnamon

3 Figs

2 sprigs Basil

2 tbsp Coconut Oil (or Hemp Oil)

1 cup (or more) of Coconut Water or Water

 

Blend for 2 minutes.

Consume in the a.m.

Drink slowly.
